You should only get +23 (or +19 if you'r poor) spell power gems, no hit rating.
- Only the 2 gems you need to activate your meta game should be other than spellpower gem, and I recommend you to use +10 hit rating/10 spirit or 12 spellpower/10 spirit gems. 10 hit rating if not your hit capped ofcourse, and if you are hit capped, its spirit gems.

Another thing for your spec. In raid, you should never use soul link, so just dont spend talent points on it. Soul link reduces your damage taken, but well.. You won't need to take damage in raid (hopefully not )

But all this things is just tips.

Moonlight is not only raiding guild.
So applying doesn't mean he wants to raid.
