TBC release and started to play again in WoTLK in which I'm experienced
in every Heroic Dungeon, Naxx(10-25man), VoA(10-25man), OS(10-25man),
EoE(10man)

Raiding days and times: Random since it depends on my work but I play enough days per week usually afternoons.

Reasons
you left your guild: Since I migrated my char from Genjuros and
recently started to play again I haven't been in any serious guild. The
last guild I was in, was full of leveling chars and not raiding at all.
