i use this biuld for healing members

yes only iff it bether for my healing and group

Will you do it after having a conversation with class leader? (we learn alot when we discuss builds with each other, this doesnt mean that leaders are all-knowing)
yes np :-) but only when it gets my bether for healing

Can you attend to raids? At least the minimum required?
yes NP can join most raid data's

hmm i have asked our RC to smelt with Gutterspeak
same like you do right now so i think its not nessecary to join your guild(stay loyal to STALKERS now,because they have give me a chance becuase other guild say's no to me when i was 70)
it was only to raid other raids ,raids that my RC dhont raid @ that moment( we only raid kara for moment so i can join ZA/GL and later when my gear is bether even more )
iff i join one of your raids to ZA/GL/etc I whont roll for loot because i'm not a member of your giuld and it wold be not fair with the lootsystem you use,right BUT when by example a healing item drops and noone needs it by your guild i wold love to have a chance to get the item its bether to give it to me then DISENCHANT it on that moment
